		<description>Thanks for the link and it was a great post! I&#039;ve been on the Board of Directors for different organizations and it is much different being at the top of the food chain then at the bottom and a lot more responsibility. Making difficult decisions about budgets and policies did not make the board members very popular but it is hard to find others willing to take on the responsibilities and commitments of time and energy.</description>
